Cancellation

For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link. 


If you need to change your order or just want to cancel it, please contact us or just drop an email to radiomarket24@gmail.com with your order number. Our support team will get back to you by email  regarding your request. If your order is still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” only then, it can be alterd or cancelled. 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the type of products we sell, we accept limited returns. Below are the conditions where we can accept a return request.

1. Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within the 1 days of you receive the product, supported by the proper pictures and description. Once our support team accept the return, our team will decide to provide a refund or not.   refund will not include the shipping, COD and handling cost.

 

2. Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive a different product then the ordered one, please contact us within the 1 days of you receive the product, supported by the proper pictures and description. Once our support team accept the return, we will decide to provide a refund or not. The refund will not include the shipping, COD, and handling cost.

Limitation of Returns

For the products damaged by improper use of the product we do not accept it as return. Moreover, we don't accept the return, if the ordered product is not fit for any specific application. Please read the product specifications and datasheet before selecting and ordering a product.

Please note that return and refund claims will strictly be denied in the following cases:

  1. Altered or Damaged Condition: If the item has been altered, soldered, or modified in any way that it is no longer in its original condition.

  2. Late Claims: Claims made more than 1 days after the goods have been received will not be accepted.

  3. Lack of Proof for Manufacturing Defects: Customers must provide clear evidence of a manufacturing defect to make a valid claim. Please note that these are highly technical products and not simple plug-and-play items. Proper knowledge is required for their use. Damage caused by improper use, such as burning or malfunctioning due to incorrect handling, will not be eligible for return or refund. A clear proof of the defect must be submitted for any claim.
